Job Description:

candidates who have experience in Insurance Domain. As a Business Analyst, you"ll be supporting corporate and management reporting leveraged throughout the company. Our current focus is on delivering business value via our Business Analytics Repository and management reporting capabilities. To support this, you will partner closely with subject matter experts across the business, as well as business analysts, information architecture, data integration teams, and others within Information Management. Your role will be instrumental in providing business and data analysis support for management reporting deliverables as prioritized by our business partners.

Job Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA. A minimum of 7+ years of experience in business analysis in banking and lending domain. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Advanced technical skills. Excellent documentation skills. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A track record of following through on commitments. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Experience leading and developing top-performing teams. A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
