Job Description:

  • "Develops and manages product line business plans. Creates and presents the business case for new programs to support growth strategies and profitability targets. Makes recommendations regarding product objectives and strategy, and product lifecycle. Provide information and direction for planning, forecasting and managing inventories. Creates and manages the innovation funnel/roadmap for products that deliver against program’s growth strategies and business goals/objectives."
  • Lead research to define key insights, prioritize areas of opportunity, and leads design to envision creative solutions.
  • Acts as well-rounded user experience professional connecting the business needs with user needs.
  • Create user journey maps, service flows, wire frame diagrams, and conceptual prototypes to envision an ideal future state.
  • Deliver a holistic UX vision for the hiring experience, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative approach, that actualize the larger vision over time.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work in a product organization, driving research and design from planning to release.
  • Collaborates with product teams to define features and how they map to customer and business need.
  • Demonstrated ability work in a fast-paced design environment with multiple delivery teamsDemonstrated ability work in a fast-paced design environment with multiple delivery teams.
  • Prioritizes own work and contributes to the prioritization of team’s work and projects.

Job Requirements:

  • User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI) design, user research, requirements gathering, data analysis, design thinking, collaboration, responsive design, accessibility/508 knowledge.
  • Derive business processes, analyze user needs, assist in requirements definition, design browser-based interfaces, and design and conduct usability testing.
  • Elicit business goals and user needs from stakeholders.
  • Facilitate customer discovery sessions.
  • Create Conceptual Models, Journey Maps, Personas and Scenarios of Use.
  • Create and refine screen prototypes.
  • Document user requirements, screen designs, and design recommendation.
