This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

REACTJS, Node with experience in development and deploying in Cloud (AWS).
In-depth knowledge of Java, Java Script, CSS, HTML, front-end languages.
Strong hands-on experience and knowledge of REACT tools including React.js.
Strong hand-on experience with interface design.
Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface ideas and applications.
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (min. 7-10 years).
Understanding of architecture and design across all systems.
Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration and troubleshooting skills, ability to relate to business domain problems.
Ability to lead a scrum team including hiring, onboarding, mentoring & performance management.
Ability to partner & collaborate with other teams on larger projects including scope and prioritization negotiations & recommendations.
Passionate about building an innovative culture. Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement.
Spring/Spring MVC/Spring Boot.
Web development fundamentals, Web services (SOAP and REST).

Proven experience leading software engineering teams. Must have the passion for being involved in the full cycle of product development - from ideation to deployment. Will serve as the SME for one or more digital products.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
3+ years of experience designing/developing distributed, scalable cloud-based solutions using serverless technologies with Node.
3+ years of experience of successfully leading teams of software engineers.
Ability to lead hybrid teams composed of vendor and internal resources.
Ability to complete all phases of SDLC including analysis, design, development, testing and support utilizing Scrum/Agile methodologies.
Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to interpret complex business requirements and encapsulate business logic/rules into reusable libraries.
Strong understanding and demonstrated usage of object-oriented design concepts.
Experience with software versioning and release management.
Strong ability to exercise independent judgment, effectively prioritize, and execute tasks while under pressure.
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Excellent communication skills.
