Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description:

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• Collaborate with internal customers, teams, and vendor partners to develop and maintain project and/or program artifacts, such as scope, approach, solution, plan, resources, estimates, and so on; develop, track, and manage project forecasts and costs; request budget allocation and reallocations; ensure project and/or program is within budget; adhere and contribute to project management standards and processes, including tools and reporting.
• Facilitate team meetings, publish meeting notes, and action items, follow up with team members, update project documents and systems, ensure timely completion of action items; communicate project status and be the project advocate; take responsibility for proactive risk and issue management; ensure mitigating strategies or contingencies are appropriately applied to anticipated risks and issues.
• Establish positive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate a clear understanding of both internal and external customer requirements and success criteria; integrate and align with other departmental processes and solutions.
• Participate in and facilitate post-project/phase reviews to cultivate a learning organization; identify, manage, and control changes to scope.
• Work jointly with stakeholders and appropriate teams on behavioral change management plans to ensure user adoption of new systems and processes; mentor and train less experienced team members on standards, processes, and tools.
• Managing the team of web designers/developers and App developers.
• Catering clients for requirements of Website designing and development/Mobile Applications (IOS/Android).
• Should have a thorough understanding of Frontend languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS.
• Should have a thorough understanding of Backend Technologies Java, PHP, Python.
• Should be familiar with development methodologies like Agile (Scrum).

Job Requirements:

• Major expertise in Website and Application Designing and Development Projects.
• Knowledge and experience in handling a team for projects related to Development with technologies like HTML, CSS, Java, MySQL, Python.
• Applications work on both Web and Mobile (IOS and Android) Applications.
• Agile Methodology: Scrum, Waterfall, CRM, ERP, JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
• Highly motivated and shows initiative, exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment; ability to stay focused on responsibilities, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Ability to drive effective meetings: workshops, design, and problem-solving sessions.
• Able to scale, apply, and adapt project management methodologies and frameworks and manages all project documentation.
• Demonstrate and apply strong problem-solving, analytical, and conflict management skills.
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language; demonstrated aptitude for working with, supporting, and communicating with users and customers.
